Scientology Marks a Decade at Its Budapest Ideal Org

Around 500 members of Hungary’s Scientology community came together to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the Budapest Ideal Organization on Váci Road.

Inaugurated ten years ago, the six-storey news eu religious centre has become an important meeting place for the Hungarian Scientology community. The anniversary brought together a religious service, live music, a photographic and video retrospective and plans for the next decade.

Since opening its doors, the Budapest church has also hosted drug-prevention conferences, human-rights events, humanitarian meetings and interfaith dialogue. These activities are connected with social betterment programmes inspired by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
